氩氦靶向冷冻治疗肺癌的效果观察与护理

Effect observation of argon-helium targeted cryotherapy for lung cancer and its nursing

目的探讨氩氦靶向冷冻治疗肺癌的效果,并总结护理对策。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月我院接受治疗的肺癌患者140例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者采用常规护理;研究组患者接受氩氦靶向冷冻治疗与护理,比较两组患者术后1年生存率;通过对外周血T淋巴细胞的rDNA活性酶转录分析,比较两组肺癌患者术后1. S%值。结果研究组肺癌患者的术后1年生存率和1. S%值均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论氩氦靶向冷冻治疗肺癌的临床效果满意,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of argon - helium targeted cryotherapy for lung cancer, and to summarize its nursing strategies. Methods A total of 140 cases of patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into the control group and the study group randomly. Patients in the control group received routine care, while patients in the study group received argon - helium targeted cryotherapy and nursing. The survival rate of the two groups of patients were compared after one year of surgery. Through the rDNA active enzyme transcription analysis of peripheral blood T lymphocytes, the postoperative 1. S% values of the two groups of lung cancer patients were compared. Results The survival rate and 1. S% value after one year of surgery among the lung cancer patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of argon - helium targeted cryotherapy for lung cancer is good,which was worth popularizing and applying.
