奥瑞姆自理模式对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制、自我效能及分娩结局的影响

Effect of Orem self-care mode on blood glucose control,self-efficacy and delivery outcome in patients with gestational diabetes

目的探讨Orem自理模式对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖控制、自我效能及分娩结局的影响效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年1月产检的86例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用Orem自理模式护理,比较两组血糖控制、自我效能及分娩结局等情况。结果研究组血糖控制效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组自我效能总平均分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组新生儿窒息、早产、产后出血发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者应用健康教育联合Orem自理模式,可有效控制妊娠期血糖,提高患者自我效能,改善分娩结局。

Objective To explore the effect of Orem self - care mode on blood glucose control, self - efficacy and delivery outcome in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods To select 86 cases of gestational diabetes patients who received prenatal examination in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 as study subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group with the same number of persons. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was treated with Orem self - care mode nursing on the basis of the control group. Blood glucose control, self - efficacy and delivery outcomes between the two groups were compared. Results The blood glucose control effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The total score of self - efficacy in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of neonatal asphyxia, premature delivery and postpartum hemorrhage rates in the study group were lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The application of health education combined with Orem self - care mode in gestational diabetes patients can control blood glucose effectively during pregnancy. In addition, it can improve patient self - efficacy and delivery outcomes.
