综合护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者生存率与HAMA评分的影响

目的分析应用综合护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者存活率及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分影响。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的86例恶性肿瘤患者作为调查对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者在此基础上实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者接受不同护理干预后5年生存率及HAMA评分。结果研究组患者5年生存率为62. 79%,对照组为25. 58%,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组焦虑状态评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者实施综合护理干预,有效提高了其5年生存率,控制焦虑状态,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on survival rate and Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） score of patients with malignant tumor. Methods To select 86 cases of patients with malignant tumors who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 as subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group randomly. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the study group were implemented with comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis. The 5 - year survival rate and HAMA score of the two groups after receiving different nursing interventions were compared. Results The 5 - year survival rate of the study group was 62. 79%, while that of the control group was 25. 58%. The scores of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. The anxiety status score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with malignant tumors can improve the 5 - year survival rate effectively. In addition, it can control anxiety status. As a result, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
