以思维导图为基础的护理在膀胱癌患者围术期护理中的应用

Application of mind-mapping-based nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients with bladder cancer

目的探讨以思维导图为基础的护理在膀胱癌患者围术期护理的应用。方法选取2017年1月至2018年3月收治的40例患者,随机分为研究组21例和对照组19例。对照组给予常规术前护理,研究组采用以思维导图为基础的护理。对两组患者进行护理满意度、并发症发生率的比较。结果研究组护理的满意度明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组术后并发症发生率差异明显,研究组明显较低(P <0. 05)。结论利用思维导图进行护理的干预有利于改善患者的焦虑、情绪,提高护理满意度,减少住院时间及术后并发症,有利于提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the application of mind - mapping - based nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients with bladder cancer. Methods To compare the status of nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications, 40 cases of patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were observed, of which were randomly divided into study group （n = 21） and control group （n = 19）. The control group adopted routine preoperative care, while the study group adopted mind - mapping - based nursing. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The application of mind - mapping nursing intervention could alleviate patients’ anxiety, uplift emotion, improve nursing satisfaction, reduce hospitalization and incidence of complications, which was helpful to the improvement of quality of nursing.
