Objective To analyze the risk factors affecting the occurrence of hypothermia during transabdominal liver cancer resection, and to develop protective measures regarding these factors. Methods A total of 96 cases of patients undergoing elective transabdominal liver cancer resection in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects. Univariate logistic regression analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze risk factors for intraoperative hypothermia among patients with transabdominal hepatectomy. Results Among the research subjects, there were 39 patients in this survey had hypothermia, accounting for 40. 63%. Compared with patients without hypothermia, intraoperative fluid replacement volume, blood loss, anesthesia time, and operation time were considered as single factor of hypothermia that affect patients undergoing liver cancer resection. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that anesthesia time ≥ 3 hours, intraoperative fluid volume 〉 1500 ml and blood loss volume were independent risk factors for intraoperative hypothermia. Conclusion Anesthesia time, fluid replacement volume and blood loss in patients undergoing resection of abdominal hepatic carcinoma are important risk factors for the occurrence of hypothermia during operation. Nursing staff should strengthen the body temperature monitoring of the patients and take all - round heat preservation to control the incidence of hypothermia.
