Application of the FOCUS-PDCA Model on Reducing Preoperative Preparation of the Disqualified Rate

目的:探讨FOCUS-PDCA在降低术前准备不合格率中的应用效果。方法:根据FOCUS-PDCA方法,成立医护质量改善小组,制定术前准备专科质量指标和查检表,对不合格项目进行分析,根据分析结果制定相应改进措施并落实。结果:术前准备不合格率由14.29%下降至2.57%(P<0.01)。结论:应用FOCUS-PDCA模式有助于提高术前准备质量,保证手术及时性和安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of application of the FOCUS-PDCA model on reducing preoperative preparation of the disqualified rate.Methods:A medical improvement was established,with a method of FOCUS-PDCA,The specialist quality index of preoperative preparation and check list was fomulated,analyze the unqualified terns.Appropriate countermeasures were formulated and implemented accordingly.Results:Preoperative preparation of the disqualified rate on the FOCUS-PDCA model discreased from 14.29% to 2.57%(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of the FOCUS-PDCA model conteibute to improve the quality of preoperative preparation,ensure the timelineless and safety of the operation.
