Zhu De's Economic Thought During the Liberation War

解放战争时期,朱德提出了"经济建设是基础""打仗及土改为的都是生产建设""革命的终极目的就在于发展生产"等观点,阐述了建立新民主主义生产关系等问题,其思想具有很强的政策性和理论性。此外,他还指导了冀中经济工作,提出了发展军工生产的主张。这些是朱德在战争时期长期思考的结果,同时又为他在新中国成立后系统思考社会主义革命和建设特别是经济建设,起了重要的铺垫作用。

During the Liberation War,Zhu De put forward that “economic construction is the foundation”,that “war and land reform are all for production and construction”,that “the ultimate purpose of the revolution is to develop production” and so on,and he expounded the problems of establishing New Democracy production relations. These thought were actually policy-based and theory-based. In addition,he guided the economic work in Hebei province,and put forward the idea of developing military production. All these were the results of Zhu De＇s long-term thinking in the war period,and,meanwhile,were the foundation for his later systematic thinking of the development of socialist revolution and construction,especially economic construction after the founding of New China.
