摘要
以板状刚玉为骨料,板状刚玉粉、电熔镁砂粉、α-氧化铝微粉,氧化硅微粉为基质料,辅助加入其他外加剂,研制出自结合无碳铝镁浇注料预制块砖。试验结果表明:骨料中加入适量粗颗粒板状刚玉有助于提高材料的热震稳定性,基质中加入一定量的电熔镁砂细粉形成尖晶石结构提高了材料的物理性能和抗渣侵蚀能力,3#试样在保证较高的力学性能基础上获得了较高的热震稳定性。
Taking tabular corundum as aggregate, and taking tabular corundum powder, electrically fused magnesia sand powder, α-alumina powder and silica powder as matrix materials, and adding other additives, the carbon-free alumina-magnesia prefabricated brick is produced. The experimental results show that the thermal shock stability may be improved when adding right amount of coarse tabular corundum into aggregate, and the physical properties and slag resistance may be improved when adding a certain amount of electrically fuse magnesia sand powder to form spinel structure. By ensuring higher mechanical properties, the sample No.3 reaches better thermal shock stability.
