摘要
目的:研究适宜提取刺五加中总皂苷和总黄酮类有效成分的工艺方法。方法:采用正交试验及分光光度法,以紫丁香酚苷及金丝桃苷为标准品分别测定总皂苷及总黄酮类化合物含量,考察料液比、乙醇浓度、超声温度及时间对刺五加中总皂苷和总黄酮类提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为料液比为1:20,乙醇浓度为60%,超声时间为120 min,超声温度为50℃。结论:本提取方法操作简单,提取率较高,绿色环保,可同时提取刺五加中总皂苷和总黄酮化合物。
Objective: To study the suitable extraction method for the total saponins and total flavonoids in Acanthopanax senticosus. Methods: The content of total saponins and total flavonoids were determined by orthogonal test and spectrophotometry with syringin and hyperoside as standard. The ratio of material to liquid, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic temperature and time were investigated. The results showed that the optimal extraction process was 60% ethanol, 1:20 ratio of material to liquid, 50 °C extraction temperature and ultrasonic extraction for 120 min. Conclusion: This extraction method is simple in operation, high in extraction rate, green and environmentally friendly, and can extract total saponins and total flavonoids from Acanthopanax senticosus.The recoveries were 91.3% ~ 105.0 %.
