摘要
腮腺内面神经细小,走行曲折,周围解剖结构复杂。相较于超声及CT,MRI对腮腺内神经的显示有明显的优势。腮腺内面神经的MR成像,对寻找部分面瘫原因、显示面神经与腮腺肿瘤及其周围结构的关系,对术前评估及手术计划的制定、术中面神经的解剖与保护、术后康复治疗计划的指导及预后评价,都有着十分重要的临床意义。本文综述了不同影像学技术,尤其是MRI新技术在显示腮腺内面神经应用现状及进展。
The intraparotid facial nerve has a small diameter and complex course, and the surrounding anatomy is complex. Compared with ultrasound and CT, MR has obvious advantage in the display of intraparotid parotid nerve.MR imaging of the intraparotid facial nerve is of great clinical significance in finding outpartial causes of facial paralysis, showing the relationship between facial nerve and parotid gland and its surrounding structures, making preoperative evaluation and operation plan, dissection and protection of intraoperative facial nerve, guidance of postoperative rehabilitation treatment plan and prognosis evaluation. This paper has reviewed the application status and progress of ditfeerent techniques, especiolly MR, in the dieplay of the intraparotid facial nerve.
