摘要
以罗丹明B为起始原料,首先与乙二胺经闭环反应制得中间体罗丹明B乙二胺(1),在K_2CO_3作用下与三聚氯嗪经亲核取代反应制得罗丹明B乙二胺-三聚氯嗪化合物(2),收率75.8%; 2与亚氨基二乙酸在K_2CO_3作用下,经氮气保护进一步发生亲核取代反应合成了一种新型罗丹明基衍生物分子——罗丹明B乙二胺-三聚氯嗪-亚氨基二乙酸,收率63.3%,三步总收率45.5%,其结构经~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR、IR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。
Rhodamine B diamine cyanuric chloride( 2 ) with the yield of 75.8% was prepared by nucleophilic substitution reaction of cyanuric chloride with Rhodamine B diamine( 1 ) which was obtained by the ring-closed reaction of Rhodamine B with diamine. A novel Rhodamine-based derivative molecule, Rhodamine B diamine cyanuric chloride iminodiacetic acid( 3 ) with the yield of 63.3%, was synthesized via nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2 with iminodiacetic acid in absolute potassium carbonate and anhydrous THF solution at 66 ℃ under N 2 atmosphere. The multistep yield reached 45.5 %. The structure was characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, IR and HR-MS(ESI).
