摘要
报道了一种合成甲基对硫磷-D_6的新方法。以三氯硫磷、氘代甲醇和对硝基苯酚为起始原料,经三次酯化反应合成了目标产物甲基对硫磷-D_6,总收率47.6%,其结构经~1H NMR、13C NMR、31P NMR和HR-MS(ESI)确证。
A new method for synthesizing methyl parathion-D 6 was reported. Methyl parathion-D 6 with the total yield of 47.6% was synthesized via three steps of esterification with thiophosphoryl chloride, methanol-D 4 and p -nitrophenol as the starting materials. The structure was confirmed by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR , 31 P NMR and HR-MS（ESI）.
