安徽省农业与旅游业融合发展对策研究

Study on The Development Countermeasures for The Integration of Agriculture and Tourism in Anhui Province

农业旅游是推进农业转型升级的重要路径。结合2000—2016年安徽农业与旅游业发展数据,建立安徽农业与旅游业功效指数评价体系,以熵值法求得指标权重,以加权法计算系统功效指数;运用耦合原理对安徽农业—旅游业融合发展进行实证研究。结果表明:安徽农业—旅游业系统间联动类型已发展为"旅游业滞后型",两系统相互作用经历了低水平—拮抗期—磨合期的耦合过程,联动程度提高;两系统耦合协调度从严重失调上升至中级协调,呈现了共同发展的良好趋势。要通过选择正确的"旅游+农业"模式,加强农业旅游产品开发,培育新型农业旅游经营主体,建立完善农业旅游管理体系以推动安徽农业旅游发展。

agricultural tourism is an important path to promote the transformation and upgrading of agriculture. Based on the development data of agriculture and tourism from 2000 to 2016 in Anhui province, the efficacy evaluation index system of agriculture and tourism was established. The weight of the index was obtained by entropy method and the system efficacy index was calculated by weighting method. It conducts the empirical research for the development of agriculture-tourism integration in Anhui province by coupling method. Conclusion： the linkage type between agriculture and tourism system has developed into ＂tourism lag type＂, and the interaction between the two systems has experienced a low level– antagonistic period – running-in period coupling process and the linkage degree improvement; the system coupling coordination degree has risen from severe imbalance to intermediate coordination,showing a good trend of common development. To promote the development of agricultural tourism in Anhui province, we should cultivate the correct ＂tourism ＋ agriculture＂ model, strengthen the development of agricultural tourism products, foster new agricultural tourism management entities, and establish and improve agricultural tourism management systems.
