大理白族绝经女性骨密度与相关指标的相关性研究

Relevant research of bone mineral density and related indicators in menopause Bai women in Dali

目的探讨大理白族绝经女性年龄、身高、体重、体重指数(BMI)及瘦体重与骨密度(BMD)之间的相关性。方法在患者知情同意的情况下选取2016年1—12月该院门诊就诊的白族绝经妇女50例作为研究对象,对腰椎(1～4)、双侧股骨颈进行BMD检测,计算出BMI和瘦体重,并进行统计学分析。结果 50例白族绝经女性年龄与双侧股骨颈BMD及腰椎(1～4)BMD之间,身高、体重与腰椎(1～4)BMD之间,瘦体重与腰椎(1～4)BMD之间有相关性(P<0.05);BMI与3个部位的BMD之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论大理白族绝经女性年龄与BMD呈负相关;身高、体重、廋体重与腰椎(1～4)BMD值呈正相关。

Objective To study the relation between bone mineral density （BMD） and age, height, weight, lean body mass and body mass index （BMI） in Dali. Methods A total of 50 eases menopause Bai women were selected randomly. The BMD of lumbar spine 1-4 and bilateral femoral neck were detected, BMI and lean body mass were calculated, the date was analyzed by the application SPSS13.0 software package. Results Age was related to bilateral femoral neck BMD and lumbar spine 1-4 BMD, height and weight had been linked to lumbar spine 1-4 BMD, lean body mass was associated with lumbar spine 1-4 BMD of 50 eases Menopause Bai women （P〈0.05）.There was no relation between BMI and BMD of three body parts （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The age is negatively correlated with BMD, the height, weight, lean body mass are positively corre- lated with lumbar spine 1-4 BMD in menopause Bai women in Dali.
