摘要
针对传统的前照灯会因车身姿态的改变导致照明距离过近或过远从而影响照明效果的问题,提出了利用自适应前照灯系统进行垂直随动的角度算法。首先对车身姿态发生改变时对应的前照灯系统的垂直随动进行几何建模,结合基于四自由度半车振动模型建立的车身俯仰角和质心位移的计算模型,推导出相应的前照灯自适应调整角度的计算公式。在理论分析的基础上,利用MATLAB/Simulink对调整角度进行数值仿真实验,实验结果表明:垂直调整的角度基本满足ECE R123法规的要求。进一步在自适应前照灯系统样机平台上进行测试,验证了角度算法的合理性。
When the vehicle s posture is changed, illumination distance of conventional headlamp is too close or too far. For adaptive front-lighting system,it can improve the lighting effect,and its angle algorithm was mainly analyzed. First the geometric model of the vertical servo was presented when the vehicle s posture was changed. Then combining with the model to calculate pitching angle and centroid displacement based on four-degrees-of-freedom suspension model, formula of calculating the adaptive adjustment angle was further derived.Based on the theoretical analysis, numerical simulations were conducted by MATLAB/Simulink. Simulation results show that the calculated values are within the regulation of ECE R123. The test was carried on the prototype platform of adaptive front-lighting system which verified the validness further.
