基于多路电机同步控制的ADB控制器设计

摘要 目前夜间滥用远光的现象导致交通事故频发。为实现更加安全可靠的汽车远光照明系统,提出一种基于多路电机同步控制的ADB控制器。该设计可以将图像处理信息以CAN/LIN总线报文的形式发送给MCU处理,进而控制多路电机同步运转,使远光在会车与跟车时自动产生暗区,避免前车驾驶员发生炫目情况,提升夜间行车的安全性与舒适性。 Nowadays, the abuse of using high beam at night leads to a large number of traffic accidents. In order to achieve a more secure and reliable vehicle lighting system, an ADB controller based on synchronous control of multi-channel motors was proposed. Image processing signals could be acquired via CAN/LIN bus, and the signal was sent to MCU for further processing. Then MCU could control multi-channel motors synchronous operation, so as to automatically generate dimmed portion while meeting and following cars, avoid the dazzle of the driver in front of the car, and improve the safety and comfort of driving at night.
