用显微镜对水乳化装置进行离线校准的方法研究

摘要 在油水分离实验中,由水乳化装置产生的水滴粒径分布与孔板压差和燃油品质有关。在没有在线滴径测量装置的情况下,无法确定水乳化装置下游产生的滴径分布。通过对下游混合液体进行取样,并用显微镜进行观测,发现显微镜可以成功观测到混合液体中的水滴并测得滴径尺寸,运用DT2000图像分析软件能够快速分析出滴径尺寸分布情况,所得到的数据可以用于校准水乳化装置,并得到平均滴径与孔板压差的相互关系曲线。 In the test of fuel/water separation, the droplet size distribution generated by water emulsifying device is related to orifice differential pressure and quality of fuels. Without on-line droplet measurement device, the downstream droplet size distribution of water emulsifying device can not be determined. By sampling the downstream mixed liquid and observing with a microscope, the microscope could be used to successfully observe the water droplet in the mixed liquid and to measure the droplet size. DT2000 image analysis software could be used to quickly analyze the droplet size distribution. The obtained data could be used to calibrate the water emulsifying device, and the relationship curve between average droplet size and orifice differential pressure could be obtained.
