摘要
由于工业应用需求广,政策扶持大,增材制造(3D打印)技术在近几年得到了快速的发展,已逐渐地从实验室走向应用。然而,增材制造制件的质量一致性、装备的运行可靠性和工艺过程的稳定性等仍然是国产增材制造装备与工艺难以逾越的难题。究其原因,主要是由于目前增材制造过程监控技术不完善造成的。因此,以增材制造装备与工艺过程为研究对象,综述了国内外已有的和在研的可用于增材制造的过程监控和预测技术的现状,分析了当前过程监控系统现存的问题。
Due to the wide demand for industrial application and the powerful policy support,additive manufacturing( 3 D Printing) technology has developed rapidly in resent years and has gradually moved from laboratory into application. However, the quality consistency of additive manufacturing parts, the operational reliability of equipments, and the stability of the process are still the insurmountable problems for domestic additive manufacturing equipments and processes.The reason for this is mainly due to the imperfect additive manufacturing process monitoring technology. Therefore, taking the additive manufacturing equipment and process as the research objects, the present status of the existing and ongoing process monitoring systems available for additive manufacturing both at home and abroad are summarized, and the existing problems of the current process monitoring system are analyzed.
