摘要
内嵌式永磁同步电机的交直轴电感参数影响着电机控制系统调节器参数的设计,准确的电机参数对其闭环控制及弱磁调速时的性能有较大影响。基于永磁同步电机的数学模型,推导内嵌式永磁同步电动机交直轴电感参数的理论计算公式;利用伏安法实验测得电机的三相电感曲线,分析得到交直轴电感参数的测试值;利用实验测得的空载反电势求取电机的永磁体磁链值。有限元计算所得的交直轴电感参数和空载反电势验证了解析推导和实验方法及结果的正确性。
The direct axis and quadrature axis inductances of IPMSM (Interior Permanent Magnet Synchro- nous Motor) affect the design of the motor control system and the accuracy of the motor parameters have a great influence on the pefformance of the motor under the closed-loop control and the field-weakening control. Based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, this paper deduced the theoretical formula of the direct axis and quadrature axis inductances of IPMSM; Using vohammetry experiment to measure the three-phase inductances curve, the test values of the dither axis and quadrature axis inductances were obtained; The measured no-load back-EMF is used to calculate the permanent-magnet flux linkage. The results of parameters obtained from finite element analysis verified the correctness of analytical derivation and experimental methods and results.
