摘要 提出一种直线电磁制动器结构方案。根据麦克斯韦电磁方程理论分别推导出了两种解析模型。然后,根据两种解析模型分别计算了气隙磁密分布、导体板中涡流分布以及力特性曲线,并采用二维有限元法验证了两种解析模型的准确性和有效性。结合使用两种解析模型,可以加深对直线电磁制动器制动特性的理解。 In this paper, a linear electromagnetic brake was presented. First, the two different analytical models of the hybrid excitation linear electromagnetic brake were provided using the Maxwell's equations. Then, air gap density, eddy currents in the conductor plate and loire characteristic were calculated using the analytical models, and the veracity of the two analytical models was verified using the finite element method. Finally, the combination of the two analytical models help us to come to a better understanding of the characteristics of the electromagnetic brakes.
