摘要 目的:评价案例教学法在非预防专业本科生流行病学实践教学中的应用效果。方法:将石河子大学医学院2014级临床医学专业1~6班及口腔专业1~2班共8个班,246人随机分为实验组(CBL+LBL组,4个班121人)和对照组(单纯LBL组,4个班125人)。结果:(1)实验组的实习成绩明显低于对照组,末考成绩相反(P<0.05)。(2)实验组学生素质相关指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)实验组对课堂评价指标除预习必要性外,其余的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CBL+LBL教学模式能提高学生成绩、综合素质及教学效果,有利于全面提高流行病学实践教学水平。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of case-based learning method on epidemiology practice teachingfor non preventive undergraduates. Methods: 1-6 classes of clinical medicine and 1-2 classes of stomatology inShihezi University School of Medicine, total 246 persons were divided into two groups: experimental group(CBL+LBL,including 4 classes and 121 persons) and control group (only LBL, including 4 classes and 125 persons). Results:(1) The practice scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group, but thefinal examination scores were contrary( 〈0.05). (2) The experimental group's quality related indicators score higherthan of the control group( 〈0.05).(3) The students in the experimental group have higher scores than the controlgroup( 〈0.05) in the evaluation of the class, except for the necessity of preparation. Conclusion: CBL+ LBLteaching model can improve students' achievement, comprehensive quality and teaching effect, and can help improvethe level of practical teaching in epidemiology.
