摘要
为提高部队后勤装备维修管理信息化程度和维修保障效能,开发了后勤装备管理信息系统,并配套设计了便携式维修数据终端。围绕便携式维修数据终端进行了系统需求分析、系统功能设计、维修业务流程设计,并就系统实现涉及的数据同步机制、数据加密方案等进行了研究。部队应用情况表明:该终端可现场记录采集后勤装备维修全过程图文信息、查询相关技术资料,实现维修信息贯通、业务联动,对促进后勤装备全寿命周期管理具有重要的支撑作用。
In order to improve informationization degree and maintenance effectiveness of military logistics equipment maintenance management, the logistics equipment management information system is developed, along with its portable maintenance data terminal. This paper conducts system requirement analysis, system function and maintenance business process design around the portable maintenance data terminal. At the same time, special research on data synchronization mechanism and data encryption scheme are involved in system implementation. The application of military shows that the terminal can record and collect the graphic information of the whole process of logistics equipment maintenance and inquire the relevant technical data on site, realize the completion of maintenance information and business, and play an important supporting role in promoting the whole life cycle management of logistics equipment.
