Analysis of Budgetary Effect of Shenkangshuan on Chronic Renal Failure

目的:从医保支付方的角度,评估肾康栓进入国家基本医保目录后,对医保基金可能产生的影响。方法:基于国际药物经济学与结果研究协会公布的预算影响分析指南,采用Excel构建预算影响分析模型。结果:肾康栓纳入医保目录报销后1～5年内,分别节省0. 02、0. 17、0. 35、0. 57、0. 82亿元。结论:肾康栓纳入医保有利于节省医保资金的支出。

Objective：To evaluate the possible impact of shenkangshuan after entering the national basic medical insurance catalogue from the perspective of the medical insurance payment party-. Methods ： Based on the budget impact analysis guide published by the International Association for Pharmaeoeeononlies and results research, the budget impact analysis model was built with Excel. Results：After 1 to 5 years of medical insurance reimbursenlent, shenkangshuan can save 0. 02, 0. 17, 0. 35, 0. 57 and 0. 82 million yuan respectively. Conclusion ：Shenkangshuan is beneficial to save the expenditure of medical insurance funds.
