PDCA循环管理体系在医院消毒中心管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle Management System in Hospital Disinfection Center Management

目的:探讨PDCA循环管理体系在医院消毒中心管理中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月至2017年12月我院消毒中心科室管理的相关数据资料,分为对照组和观察组。对照组为我中心于2014年1月至2015年12月期间仅使用科室联系制度进行管理的相关数据资料,观察组为我中心2016年1月至2017年12月期间使用PDCA循环管理体系联合科室联系制度进行管理的相关数据资料,对照组和观察组抽取手术包样品均为1 000个。收集工作满意度问卷表数量分别为:对照组为2 178份,观察组为2175份,对比分析两组的工作质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组的手术包样品不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组一线医生及护士对消毒人员工作满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:PDCA循环管理体系联合科室联系制度的管理模式对消毒中心进行质量管理,可提高消毒中心的工作质量水平及临床医生、护士对消毒中心工作人员的满意度。

Objective：To explore the application value of PDCA cycle management system in the management of hospital disilffection center. Methods：The data of the management of the disilffection center in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were retrospec- tively analyzed and divided into the control group and the observation group. The data of the control group used only department contact system to manage for the period from January 2014 to December 2015. The data of the observation group used PDCA cycle manngerment combined with department contact system to manage for the period from January 2016 to December 2017. The control group and the obser- vation group all used 1 000 operation bags as sample. A total of 2 178 satisfaction questionnaires were collected from the control group and 2 175 from the observation group. Results：The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The satisfaction rate of the first-line doctors and nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： PDCA circulation management system combined with depamnent contact system can improve the work quality of disinfection center and the satisfaction of cli- nicians and nurses to the staff of disilffection center.
