摘要
为改善山羊绒织物的起毛起球和毡缩性能,以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、嵌段聚醚氨基硅油为原料,制备氨基硅油改性阴离子水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征聚氨酯的结构,测试乳液粒径、吸水率和接触角并分析硅油含量对WPU性能的影响.利用改性阴离子水性聚氨酯对羊绒织物进行整理,测试毡缩率、起毛起球性及手感等来评估整理效果.结果表明,整理后羊绒织物抗起毛起球性能从2~3级提高至3~4级,抗毡缩性能显著提高,手感得到改善,色光基本不变.
In order to improve the pilling and felting performance of cashmere fabrics, with polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG),dimethylaminopropionic acid (DMPA) block polyether amino silicone oil as raw materials, amino silicone oil modified anionic waterborne polyurethanes were prepared.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) was used to characterize the structure of polyurethane. The influnnce of the content of silicone oil on the properties of WPU was analyzed by testing the particle size of emulsion, water absorption and water contact angle. Modified WPU was used to finish the cashmere fabrics,the felt shrinkage, the pilling and the hand feeling were tested to evaluate the effect of finishing. The results show that after finishing, the cashmere fabric pilling resistance is increased from class 2~3 to class 3~4, anti-shrink performance is improved significantly, hand feeling is improved and the color shade is basically the same.
