摘要
目的:利用静息态功能磁共振(rs-f MRI)观察丘脑梗死后脑功能的改变,探讨其与认知功能的关系。方法:选取29例丘脑梗死患者为病例组,30例健康志愿者为对照组,行rs-f MRI检查并记录MoCA及MMSE评分。计算两组被试的功能连接值(FC)及低频振幅值(ALFF),并比较其差异。结果:病例组认知得分减低,ALFF在有些脑区发生改变;两组均检测到了默认网络(Default mode network,DMN)相关脑区;病例组左侧额中回与前扣带回FC显著增强,与总体认知得分无明显相关性。结论:丘脑梗死可以导致认知功能障碍;丘脑梗死后DMN及ALFF均发生改变。
Objective: To investigate the changes of brain function after thalamic infarction by resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI), and to explore the relationship between fMRI and cognitive function. Methods: A total of 29 patients with thalamic infarction were selected as the case group, and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group, and they were examined by rs-fMRI,with the scores of the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) and the Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) recorded. The functional connectivity (FC) and low frequency amplitude (ALFF) were calculated in the two groups,with the differences compared. Results: In the case group, cognitive scores decreased and ALFF changed in some brain regions. The Default mode network (DMN) related brain regions were detected in both groups. In the case group, FC in the left frontal gyrus and anterior cingulate gyrus were significantly enhanced, and there was no significant correlation with overall cognitive scores. Conclusion: Thalamic infarction can lead to cognitive dysfunction. DMN and ALFF are changed after thalamus infarction.
