摘要
目的:探究超声诊断在先天性肠道畸形患儿中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2012年10月~2017年9月期间于我院经手术确诊的68例先天性肠道畸形患儿临床资料。所有患儿均已于术前行超声检查,比较超声诊断结果与手术所见差异,并分析其影像特征。结果:超声诊断结果显示有20例(29. 41%)肠旋转不良、14例(20. 59%)巨结肠、14例(20. 59%)肠狭窄或肠闭锁、10例(14. 71%)肠重复畸形、6例(8. 82%)梅克尔憩室,经随访手术确诊结果比对,除其中1例(1. 47%)梅克尔憩室患儿被诊断为肠重复畸形外其余诊断均属准确,此外另有4例(5. 88%)患儿未见超声异常征象提示为漏诊。结论:先天性肠道畸形患儿采取超声检查可获得较为理想的诊断效果,故有一定临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore the application values of ultrasound diagnosis in children with congenital intestinal malformations. Methods: The clinical data of 68 cases of children diagnosed surgically with congenital intestinal malformations from October 2012 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All children were given preoperative ultrasound examination, and the differences between ultrasound diagnosis results and surgical findings were compared, and the imaging features were analyzed. Results: Ultrasound diagnosis showed that there were 20 cases (29.41 %) of malrotation of intestine, 14 cases (20.59 %) of megacolon, 14 cases (20.59 %) of intestinal stricture or intestinal atresia, 10 cases (14.71%) of duplication of intestine and 6 cases (8.82 %) of Meckel's diverticulum. After comparison of follow-up surgery diagnosis, the diagnosis results were accurate except that 1 case (1.47%) of children with Meckel's diverticulum was diagnosed as duplication of intestine, and that 4 cases (5.88%) showed no signs of ultrasound abnormalities and they were missed diagnosis. Conclusion: Ultrasound for children patients with congenital intestinal malformations can obtain satisfactory diagnostic results, and therefore it has some clinical application values.
