摘要
目的:探讨包头市高校教师与学生中医体质类型的分布特点及差异。方法:以包头某高校本科学生及教师为调查对象,以问卷调查的方式进行中医体质测评。采用SPSS 19. 0进行统计,计数资料采用卡方检验,以P <0. 05为有统计学意义。结果:包头某高校教师与学生中医体质分布明显不同(X^2=156. 72,P=0. 000)。教师的平和质高于学生(X^2=3. 875,P=0. 038)。所有偏颇体质中师生都以阳虚质,气虚质为主。阳虚质是教师主要的偏颇体质(X^2=18. 714,P=0. 000);气虚质是学生主要的偏颇体质(X^2=5. 35,P=0. 026)。结论:包头市某高校教师和学生体质构成存在差异性,师生偏颇体质主要类型不同,这一分布符合其生活与工作方式的特征。
Objective: To explore the differences and characteristics of distribution between teachers and students' types of traditional Chinese medical constitution in a college of Baotou. Methods: The undergraduate students and teachers in a college of Baotou were enrolled as the research objects. Chinese medical constitution is evaluated in the form of questionnaire. Data was processed by SPSS19.0, with statistical analysis. The count data employed chi-square test, and there was statistically significant difference when P was less than 0.05. Results: The distribution of Chinese medical constitution of teachers and students in a college of Baotou was obviously different (χ 2=156.72, P 〈0.01). Teachers had more peace constitution than students did (χ 2= 3.875, P 〈0.05). From all the biased constitution, both teachers and students were mainly characterized by Qi-deficiency and Yang-deficiency. Yang-deficiency constitutions were teachers' main biased constitution (χ 2=18.714, P 〈0.01). Qi-deficiency constitutions were students' main biased constitution(χ 2=5.35, P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The distribution of Chinese medical constitution of teachers and students in a college of Baotou is different from each other. The students and teachers' biased constitution is different. This distribution is consistent with the characteristics of how they lives and works.
