摘要
英语师范生教学能力的缺失将直接影响他们未来的教师职业生涯,应当引起教学管理者和学科教学论教师的警觉和重视。文章基于英语教学能力的溯源研究,提出了英语教师教育课程改革、教学模式与方法变革、凸出实践教学能力训练、强化实践性导师指导及多元化教学能力评测,以期提升学生的课堂教学能力和就业竞争力。
The shortage of teaching capabilities of English initial teachers will directly influence theirteachers' teaching career in the future, which arouses the teaching administrators and teachers' attentionand vigilance. This paper, based on the traceability researches of teaching capabilities of English, put forward such cultivating paths as reforming English teacher education curriculums, changing teaching modesand methods, training practical teaching abilities, enhancing instructors' practical guidance, and implementing diversified evaluations in order to improve their classroom teaching capabilities as well as employment competitiveness.
