The Characteristics, Trends and Enlightenment of Nordic Preschool Education Policy since the 1990s

摘要 二十世纪九十年代以来,随着经济全球化、欧盟一体化、教育信息化以及教育评价标准的产生,北欧学前教育政策相应发生变化。主要是仍然坚持福利模式,体现民主、关怀和能力价值观,并且学前教育价值取向和投资转向儿童作为未来公民的教育、幼儿教师专业化程度持续加大、强调个性化发展、坚持终身学习理念、重视家长和儿童参与。当前我国学前教育改革正处于攻坚期,分析北欧国家的学前教育政策转向对我国学前教育改革有一定的启示与借鉴。 Since the 1990s, with the globalizatiou of the economy, the integration of the European Union, the information of education, and the emergence of education evaluation standards, the preschool education policy in Northern Europe has changed accordingly. But it still adheres to the welfare model, embodying the values of democracy, care, and ability. The orientation of value and investment focus on children and their education as future citizens. The professionalization of preschool teachers continues to increase, emphasizing children's personalized development, adhering to the concept of lifelong learning, and attaching importance to parents and children. At present, China's preschool education reform is in a critical period. Analyzing Nordic Preschool Education Policy has a certain enlightenment and reference for China's preschool education reform.
