摘要
本文从界定"教师职业倦怠"定义入手,在概括总结教师职业倦怠构成要素的基础上,客观、系统、公正地分析了教师职业倦怠的成因,深入探讨了缓解教师职业倦怠的策略。
The thesis starts with the definition of "teachers' occupation tiredness". It analyzes the causes of teachers' occupation objectively, systematically, and fairly, which is based on the component of teachers' occupation tiredness. It discusses the strategies for relieving teachers' occupation tiredness deeply.
