浅谈高职公共课程分层教学中的问题与对策

Discussion on the Problem and Strategy of Higher Vocational Public Course's Stratification Teaching

随着高职办学规模的迅速扩大,生源的文化基础差异越来越大,针对"一刀切"传统教学模式的弊端,很多高职院校都积极探索既能体现因材施教思想、又符合实情便于实施的分层教学改革,取得了一些成绩,但也还存在不少问题。本文对高职院校公共课程分层教学改革中存在的主要问题进行了疏理,并探讨了解决这些问题的思路和办法。

With the rapid expansion of the scale of higher vocational education, the difference in the source of students＇culture are getting bigger and bigger. As for disadvantage of traditional mode, many vocational colleges are actively exploring the idea of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and it is also in line with reality and easy to implement stratification teaching. It gets some achievement, but there is still many problems. The main problems existing in the hierarchical teaching reform of public courses in higher vocational colleges are viewed in the thesis. The author discusses the ways and methods of solving these problems.
