摘要
课堂问题行为是指中职生因缺少学习主体性、教师和学校缺乏对主体性教育思想的理解而导致的学生在课堂教学过程中表现出来的与课堂教学常规不一致,影响课堂教学纪律和他人的行为。学生缺乏学习主体性、教师课堂教学忽视学生主体性、学校管理压制学生主体性是产生课堂问题行为的主要原因,解决这一问题,学校管理活动应推行民主化,课堂教学实现主体化,增强学生学习的主体意识,使得外在的要求达到内在化。
The behavior of classroom problems refers to the lack of study subjectivity, teachers and schools lack of understanding of subjective education thought, which influences classroom teaching discipline and behavior of others. The students lack of the subjectivity of learning. Teachers' classroom teaching ignores students' subjectivity. School management suppresses students' subjectivity being the main reason for generating class problem behavior.
