摘要
某厂2×350MW超临界机组,采用五段抽汽供热,蒸汽从供热抽汽口至热网加热器进汽侧存在较大压损。为了利用该部分压差,提出分别增设中、低压汽轮机的2种改造方案,通过采暖蒸汽的压差能量驱动小汽轮机做功,实现能量的阶梯利用,从而达到节能降耗的目的。
The 2×350MW supercritical units plant adopts fifth stage steam extraction supply heat. The steam from the heating steam extraction port to the steam inlet of the heating network exists large pressure loss. In order to make use of the partial pressure loss, a small steam turbine is put forward. The utility model drives the turbine to do the work by the differential pressure energy of the heating steam, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
