摘要
介绍了几种高温除尘技术的特点和研究现状,包括陶瓷过滤技术、金属多孔过滤技术、旋风除尘技术、颗粒层过滤除尘技术和静电除尘技术。指出高温除尘技术现阶段所遇到的技术难题是高温下增强滤材使用寿命和抗腐蚀性,以及提高对亚微米级颗粒物的脱除效率。分析表明,高温除尘技术具有良好的经济效益,拥有广阔的应用前景。
Introduced some commonly-used and effective high-temperature gas dedusting technologies and their progress in study,which include ceramic filters,granule bed filters,metal micro-porous filters,circumfluent cyclone system and electrostatic precipitator. It is pointed out that the technical difficulties encountered in the current stage of high-temperature dust removal technology are the enhanced service life and corrosion resistance of filter media at high temperatures and the improvement of the removal efficiency of submicron particulate matter. Analysis shows that high-temperature dedusting technology has a broad industrial application prospect.
