摘要 目的:在运动队中,Y平衡测试是少数几个可以对运动员损伤风险预测的有效性较强的测试。然而,在大量的人群中,可以对Y平衡进行分析的经验有限的评分者比较缺乏。本研究的主要目的是在一个使用多个评分者的运动队环境中,确定Y平衡测试的可靠性。方法:采用专家访谈法、实验法以及数据分析法。结果:最大延伸距离的两次实验法可靠性的组内相关系数(2,1)为0. 80-0. 85,3个延伸方向(前侧、后内侧、后外侧)的标准误差为1. 3-4. 2cm。三个方向的平均延伸距离测试的可靠性组内相关系数(2,3),范围为0. 85-0. 93,相关的标准误差范围为2. 0-3. 5cm。Y平衡测试的效果良好,测量误差可以接受。此外,30. 7%(n=8,26)的测试运动员表现出了前不对称的4cm的差距,这表明平衡对称关系与潜在的损伤风险的关系。说明运动员双侧平衡对称性越差,其受伤风险越高。 Purpose of research:The Y -balance test (YBT) is one of the few field expedient tests that have shown predictive validityfor injury risk on the sports team. However, analysis of the YBT in a heterogeneous population of active aduhsinvolving muhiple raters with limited experience in a mass screening setting islacking. The primary purpose of this study was to determine interrater test - retest reliability of the YBT in a militaryysetting using multiple raters. Object of study:The experimental subjects of this paper are 26 athletes(19 male and 7 female) of Harbin institute of sport freestyle skiing u - shaped field skill sports team. Research method : This paper adopts expert interview method, experimental method and data analysis method. Research results:The inter - group correlation coefficient for the reliability of two experimental methods with the maximum extension distance is (2,1) of 0.80 to 0.85.The standard error of the three extension directions (front, back, inside and outside) is 1.3cm to 4.2cm. In - group correlation coefficient of reliability for testing of mean extension distance in all directions (2,3) , The range of 0.85 - 0. 85, The associated standard error range is 2.0cm - 3.5cm. The YBT showed good interrater test - retest reliability with an acceptable level of measurement error amongmuhiple raters screening active duty service members. In addition, 30.7% (n = 8 of 26) of participants exhibited ananterior reach asymmetry of 〉 4cm, suggesting impaired balance symmetry and potentially increased risk for injury. Research significance :Describe the performance of Y balance test, according to its relationship with the risk of injury, the asymmetry of lower limbs was determined. The worse the athletes' bilateral balance symmetry, the higher the risk of injury.
