摘要
目的:测试健身气功锻炼对久坐男青年体脂百分比、全身肌肉总质量、HeathCarter体型数据,分析健身气功锻炼对身体形态及身体姿势的影响。方法:69名久坐男青年受试者随机分为健身气功锻炼实验组和健康教育对照组。对实验组进行为期16周的健身气功锻炼,同期为对照组进行健康教育讲座。与实验前、后测试受试者体脂百分比,计算全身骨骼肌总质量;测量并计算Heath-Carter体型三因子值;测量脊柱前后弯曲。比较体脂百分比、全身骨骼肌总质量、体型、脊柱前后弯曲差异。结果:体脂百分比实验组显著低于对照组;全身骨骼肌总质量实验组明显高于对照组;平均HeathCarter体型三因子值,两组间内因子值没有显著差异,实验组中因子值显著高于对照组,外因子值显著低于对照组;肩峰线与耳屏线平均垂直距离,实验组显著低于对照组;腰曲最大距离平均值,实验组显著高于对照组。结论:健身气功锻炼能显著提高全身骨骼肌总质量,提高肌肉力量;能增加骨骼肌体积及骨密度,改善Heath-Carter体型;能改善脊柱前后弯曲,纠正上交叉综合症姿势;但健身气功锻炼对人体脂肪含量影响不显著。
Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Health Qigong training on, whole - body skeletal muscle mass, Heath - Carter anthropometry, and posture of male youths with sedentary behavior. Method :69 male youths with sedentary behavior were randomly divided into two groups: Health Qigong training group (n = 35 )and health educational group ( n = 34). The subjects in training group practiced the Health Qigong exercise for 16 weeks. The subjects in educational group attended seminars during the same period. After the 16 -week Health Qigong training/educational intervention, all subjects were tested their % fat and calculated their whole - body skeletal muscle mass. Also, three factors of their Heath - Carter anthropometry were used to evaluated the somatotype of every object, and the forward/back spine bending was measured. Results : In the experimental/control group. There were significant differences in % fat, whole -body skeletal muscle mass, Mesomorph and Ectomorph between the two groups. There was no significant difference in Endomorph. In the experimenta/control group, vertical dimension from acromion line to antilobium line, maximum lumbar curve, there were significant differences in these two parameters between two groups. Conclusion : After Health Qigong training, the whole - body skeletal muscle mass and strength were significantly increased, the muscle volume and bone mineral density were significantly enhanced and the Heath - Carter anthropometry was improved. The forward/ back spine bending was promoted and then their Upper-crossed Syndrome posture was corrected. But there's no obvious change in fat after Health Qigong training.
