摘要
为解决特种车辆传统训练中存在的训练场景单一、训练时间有限、训练安全无法保证、车辆易受损等难题,从用户训练需求出发,以系统角度开展了车辆模拟驾驶集成设计,解决了此型特种车辆动力学模型复杂、视景渲染通道多的难点,完成了基于真实设备的模拟器信号采集、多轴特种车辆动力学仿真、多种训练场景的视景仿真、包含震感在内的高沉浸体验系统设计、基于监督及综合评价的试验管理平台设计工作,为特种车辆受训人员提供了一个逼真的操纵环境,实现了特种车辆多环境、多工况、经济有效的驾驶训练,解决了传统真车训练的不足。
In order to resolvea certain type of military special vehicle’ s training problems that exist in the traditional car training which include limited training conditions,limited training time,security cannot be guaranteed,the vehicle easily get damaged,this article designs and develops a vehicle driving simulation integration systemwhich is based on users’needs. This system solves the difficulties of multiple visual rendering channels and complexity of this special vehicle dynamics model,completes the signal collection based on real equipment,multi-axis special vehicle dynamics simulation,visual simulation of a variety of training scenarios,experience systemwhich includes vibration,and test management platform based on the monitoring and comprehensive evaluation.This system provides a realistic operating environment for special vehicle trainees,realizes the multi-environment,multi-working conditions,economical and effective driving training,which solves the shortage of traditional realvehicle training.
