摘要
针对传统往复杆输送机构的弊端,开发高柔性化、高自动化率的升降滚床机构,该机构采用高速滚床与升降机构的输送方式实现白车身的高速输送,提高生产效率,提升自动化率,提高设备的重复利用率,降低制造成本。重点阐述了升降滚床机构的工作原理、结构设计及电机选型。
In view of the disadvantages of traditional reciprocating rod conveying mechanism,developed high flexible and high automation rate lifting roller bed mechanism. Lifting roller bed mechanism uses high-speed rollerbed& lifting mechanism to achieve BIW conveying,which enhances productivity,increase automation rate,increases repeated utilization ratio of equipments and reduces manufacturing cost. This paper mainly expounds theworking principle,structure,and motor selection.
