摘要
进行车用增压发动机台架试验时,如果仅仅是简单利用常规中冷器系统,会经常出现进气温度控制不稳定和进气压力滞后问题。为此,提出了改进方案:用不锈钢板焊接在原车中冷器的外面,并引出2根外接水管,对中冷器进行外加水冷却。成功地解决了常规中冷器系统出现进气温度控制不稳定和进气压力滞后的问题。同时也能更加真实地模拟整车的进气系统,为其它需要对增压发动机涡轮后的进气温度进行精确控制的台架试验提供了一种较为可行的参考。
The problem of air intake temperature control instability and air intake pressure lag often occurs whendoing vehicular turbocharged engine test on test bench. For solve this problem to put forward an improvement planwhich is on the basis of the vehicle car air intake cooling system with stainless steel plate welded in the originalcar cooling system,and lead to two external pipes of water,External cooling water system is added to coolingsystem. This problem of temperature control instability and inlet air pressure lag is solved successfully. At thesame time,it can also simulate the vehicle’ s air intake system more realistically. This paper provides a feasiblereference for the test bench test which needs to control the air inlet temperature of the turbocharged engine.
