某发动机连杆螺栓动态扭矩下限值的研究

摘要 基于连杆螺栓在批量制造过程中,出现动态扭矩超下差,导致该工序扭矩FTQ(一次下线合格率)偏低的问题,通过对连杆螺栓的工艺、拧紧策略进行分析,基于机械设计中夹紧力和动态扭矩的关系计算出理论值,进行相应的夹紧力试验并结合实际生产过程,确定出正确的动态扭矩下限值。此问题的突破对于制造领域中对动态扭矩下限的优化提供了一个非常有利的分析思路。 This paper is based on the connecting rod bolt in batch manufacturing process,dynamic torque under theultra difference result in the process of low torque first time quality problem. Through the connecting rod bolt technology,tighten policy were analyzed. Based on the design of mechanical clamping force and the relationship between thedynamic torque to calculate the theoretical value. Corresponding clamping force experiment was carried out combiningwith the actual production process,determine the right under the dynamic torque limit. The problem of breakthroughfor the optimization of dynamic torque limit in the manufacturing sector provides a very good analytical thinking.
