摘要
桥式起重机电磁吊吊装作业时,需要人工反复调整电磁吊的角度,才能完成钢材的码垛任务,效率低;利用PLC、陀螺仪及电子罗盘设计一种电磁吊自动定位方案,经现场测试,达到预期效果。
When hoisting the electromagnetic crane of a bridge crane,it is necessary to manually adjust the angleof the electromagnetic crane repeatedly to complete the palletizing task of the steel,and the efficiency is low,anautomatic positioning scheme for electromagnetic crane is designed by using PLC,gyroscope and electronic compass,and the expected results are achieved through field tests.
