摘要
针对油箱密封的质量检测,介绍了飞机油箱密封的制造工艺流程,对以往飞机油箱密封性传统检测方法进行梳理,同时对国内目前较为先进的氦质谱检漏技术原理及相关操作方法进行了详细的分类,总结其各自的检测特点。在某型机机翼上进行实践应用,确定油箱的最小单钉漏率,通过对机翼壁板的吸罩法检测及整体油箱的差压法、正压法检测等,与传统的检测方法进行对比,确定新型检测方法存在的优势,同时查找实践中存在的不足,为后续广泛推广提供一定的借鉴作用。
In view of the quality inspection of the seal of the tank,this paper first introduces the manufacturingprocess of the airtight seal of the aircraft,and combs the traditional testing methods of the sealing property of theaircraft oil tank. At the same time,it classifications the principle of the more advanced helium mass leak detectiontechnology and the related operation methods at the same time,and summarizes their respective tests. Characteristic.On the wing of a certain type of aircraft,the practical application is carried out to determine the minimum singlescrew leakage rate of the tank. Through the detection of the wing wall plate suction method,the differential pressuremethod and the positive pressure test of the whole oil tank,the advantages of the new detection method are determined and the shortcomings existing in the practice are found. Extensive promotion provides a certain reference.
