Teaching quality is the lifeline of educational development. Quality is produced,not tested or evaluated.How to monitoring,reflecting and improving in the process of education to ensuring that the teaching quality canreach the expected goal？ By comparing the quality and quantity with the training goal and the professional abilityand the post ability,this paper seeks the judgment principle and lever of the professional teaching quality,andprovides the basis for the teaching diagnosis reform.
