从探索到规范,广东高校辅导员职业能力大赛已经成功举办了六届。系统分析历届大赛中的各项数据有助于了解当前广东高校辅导员职业能力的发展现状。通过对广东高校辅导员职业能力大赛的省赛、赛区复赛、全国决赛三个阶段的成绩比较分析发现,广东选手在实操性项目发挥较好,但笔试能力相对较低。同时,分析获奖选手的特征值,并结合个案研究发现,教龄是影响辅导员职业能力发展的重要因素。为提升辅导员队伍的职业能力,突破职业天花板,增强职业自信,应加强辅导员基础理论研习与培育专家型辅导员。

From exploration to specification, Guangdong university counselor professional competence corn petition has been held six tim es. System atic analysis of the data of previous corn petitions helps understand the currentdevelopment of the professional competence of university counselors in Guangdong. Through comparative analysis of the competition from three stages including provincial com petitions, division sere finals and the national finals, the findings show thatGuangdong contestants did better in practical projects, butworse in written test. A t the same time, the analysis of the characteristic values of the winners, corn bined with case studies, finds that teaching age is an important factor affecting the developmentofcounselorse professional competence. In order to enhance counselors＇ occupation competence, break through the professional ceiling effect and prom ore professional confidence, it is necessary to strengthen the counselorsth rough basic theoretical study and fosterexpertcounselors.
