科研能力是衡量一个学校办学水平的重要标准,尤其是对新晋民办本科院校来说,提高科研水平甚为重要,建设一支结构合理、科研能力强、具有创新精神的科研队伍,是十分关键的因素。针对民办本科院科研队伍和科研成果的现状,应加强科研队伍建设,把内部培养与外部引进结合起来,培育科研团队,构建创新激励机制,注重实用型和创新型项目的研究,完善考核机制,加快学院自身发展,增加对科研人员的吸引力和认同感,努力建设一支适应民办本科院校发展的科研队伍。

Scientific research capacity is an im portantst standard tomeasure the level of a school, and it is especially significant for the newly established private colleges and universities. Developing a reasonably structured scientific research team with strong research capacity and innovative spirit is the key, Through the analysis of the current situation of research team and research achievements in private undergraduate colleges, this study concludes the common problems in research team development in private universities. It is proposed that eftbrts can be increased in developing scientific research teams by combining the internal training with talent introduction, build ing innovative incentive mechanism s, focusing on the study of practical and innovative projects, improving the assessm entre echanism, accelerating the developm ent of the college itself, and thus increasing researchers＇ attractiveness and identity. This may contribute to build ing a scientific research team adaptable the developm entofprivate undergraduate colleges.
