摘要
介绍了MOSFET的工作原理,分析了MOSFET的驱动电路形式,设计了一种采用IR2130控制的MOSFET高速驱动电路。实验结果证明了该驱动电路设计的可行性,测试数据和波形证明了该MOSFET驱动电路具有电气隔离性能优良、驱动能力强、抗干扰能力强等优点。目前,该电路已成功应用于一台逆变器实验样机中,其运行稳定。
The principle of MOSFET is introduced, and the MOSFET drive circuit is analyzed. The MOSFET high-speed drive circuit controlled by IR2130 is designed. The experimental resuhs show that the drive circuit design is feasible, and the test data and waveforms prove that the MOSFET drive circuit has advantages of good electrical isolating performanee, strong driving abiliu, strong anti-interference ability etc... At present, the circuit has been successfully applied to an inverter prototype and the running is stable.
