Design of automatic grid-connection control system for drilling diesel generator sets

摘要 石油钻采设备通常工作在公共电网所不及的地方,如海洋、沙漠、偏远地区和陆地钻采油田等。钻井油田的电能由多台柴油发电机组并网提供,发电机组并网运行须满足并网的3个条件。本设计采用WoodWard 2301E速度调节器、DECS_100电压调节器和综合控制器easYgen-3200来实现3台柴油发电机组自动同期并网和并网机组间的负荷均衡控制,以及对电力参数进行测量、计算等功能。综合应用上位组态软件WinCC flexible和下位S7-300 PLC以及各类传感器,对3台柴油发电机组运行数据进行采集和实时显示。 Oil drilling devices are usually operated in the places where are not accessible to connect public power grids, such as oceans, deserts, remote areas and land-drilling oil fields. The electric energy of oil fields are provided by several diesel generator sets connected to grid. The grid-connection operation of generator sets must meet the three conditions. This design adopts WOODWARD 2301E speed regulator, DECS_100 voltage regulator and easYgen-3200 in tegrated controller to realize the automatic synchronous grid-connection for three diesel generator sets and load balance eontrol between the grid-eonnee tion sets, as well as the fhnetions such as measurenmnt and calculation for power parameters. The upper configuration software Win CC flexible, lower S7-300 PLC and a series of sensors are applied to collect and display running data tor three diesel generator sets in real-time.
