大湄公河次区域反跨境人口贩运的国际执法合作

International Law Enforcement Cooperation in Anti-cross-border Human Trafficking in the Greater Mekong Subregion

大湄公河次区域的跨境人口贩运犯罪严重影响着区域的经济发展和国际形象,为此区域内六国建立了多层次的反跨境人口贩运国际执法合作机制。但由于存在M&E机制、信息共享机制建设不足等问题,当前的应对措施并不足以在区域内消灭这一犯罪。因此,各国需要进一步加强合作,采取有效措施预防和惩治跨境人口贩运犯罪并积极保护受害者,为区域的发展和繁荣创造良好的国际环境。

Cross-border human trafficking in the Greater Mekong subregion seriously affects regional economic development and international image, which gives birth to establishment of cooperation mechanism for anti-cross-border human trafficking by six countries within subregion, The deficiencies in ME mechanism,information sharing mechanism construction,and the present countermeasures, which are not enough to eliminate it in the region, justify different countris＇ efforts on further cooperation, adoption of effective measures to control and punish cross-border human trafficking and protect the victims and creation of good international environments for regional development and prosperity.
