On the Major Problems that the New-era Masses-based Public Security Work Faces and the Improvement

新时代公安群众工作面临的主要问题有公安机关对群众工作的重视程度不够,部分警察对公安群众工作的认识不到位,群众工作经验和能力不足,奖励机制不健全。应提高对群众工作重要性的认识,提升联系群众的能力和警民沟通能力;增加交往频率,及时了解群众需要;通过学习培训,提升化解矛盾纠纷的能力和情绪处理能力;建立奖惩机制,提高群众工作积极性;寻求社会支持,优化公安群众工作环境,多途径提升公安群众工作水平。

The mass-based public security work in the new-era faces major problems involve inadequate emphasis placed by the public security organs on the masses-based public security work, some policemen＇s lack of knowledge,experience and capability in the masses-based public security work and defective reward systems. Accordingly, efforts should be made to improve the police＇s knowledge of the masses-based public security work, elevate their capability to communicate with the masses and resolve contradictions through training, establish reward and punishment mechanism so as to improve the masses＇ working enthusiasm, ask for assistance from the society, optimize the mass-based public security work invironment, and improve the masses-based public security work capability through multi-approach.
